My name is Yeshwurnth Ravichandran. I used to be an Innovian, but I’m proud to now call myself a Woodlander. I have always been interested in helping and serving other people whether it was in school, at home or in my community.
English, Mathematics, and Social Studies are my favorite subjects in school. I enjoy figuring things out, learning about how the world works, and connecting what I’m learning to everyday life.
I have been fascinated by technology since I was a child. I used to like watching unboxing videos, not to mention browsing through phone features for no specific purpose. The curiosity that I developed then found expression in helping to install CCTV systems in my parents’ businesses. I liked it as I am a hands-on individual who loves problem-solving.
During school holidays or when I have vacation time, I help my parents out at their convenience store as a sales assistant. When they get sick or need a break, I fill in to deal with sales and keep up business. It’s not always easy, but I have acquired a vast amount of experience in hard work, patience, as well as accountability.
Most of all, to me, are people. I enjoy making people happy, and I always try to be a person my teachers, family, and friends can be proud of.
